Cheating on my diet: A midnight snack

As much as I love working late at night when its all peaceful and quiet (except for the drone of the damn AC ), I always pile on the pounds staying up and working.  Late night craving + sleep deprivation = weight gain.

Any how. I needed my cocoa fix for the day. I hadn’t had any all day!! So heres what I did. I sliced up a banana along the lenght, applied Cadbury chocolate spread on one half and put the other half on top and Voila! Bananna chocolate spread sandwich!
